Terms of use
Last updated October 2, 2026. These terms cover launching tokens and routing collected creator fees to recipients.
The service launches tokens on pons.family and routes collected creator fees to recipients chosen by token creators. Creators are responsible for token content and accurate recipient information. Naming a recipient does not imply their endorsement.
Collected creator fees are allocated 80% to recipients and 20% to the protocol. Provider fees, conversion, country restrictions, account verification and available funding affect settlement. An on-chain allocation is not confirmation of a fiat payment. Simulation and sandbox activity transfers no production funds.
A token’s selected method and recipient reference are fixed at launch. The reference identifies private provider account information held off chain. Do not submit raw payment-card numbers or bank credentials. Recipients may require verification before payouts can proceed.
The owner may pause launches, disable methods for new launches and suspend recipient payments. The owner can withdraw the payout and treasury pools and recover ETH or ERC-20 tokens, including recipient funds, through emergency withdrawals. Do-not-pay controls redirect future fees to treasury. These powers do not pause trading on external pons contracts.
pons.family, payment providers, banks and off-ramps apply their own terms and eligibility rules. The service cannot guarantee token value, liquidity, payment timing or provider availability.
